Michael is a social worker with many years of experience working in hospitals and outpatient clinics. He has worked individually with adults, teens and children. He has also facilitated many support groups, including bereavement groups and groups for chronically ill patients and their caregivers.
He is a warm, compassionate and interactive therapist who focuses on a client's strengths while helping them cope with life's many difficulties. His style is eclectic and supportive. He uses a multitiered approach to help clients understand how their past impacts their daily lives.
Michael received his BA degree from the University of Massachusetts at Boston and his MSW from the Simmons College School of Social Work.
