Responsibilities
We are seeking talented, licensed mental health therapists — social workers (LICSW), mental health counselors (LMHC), psychologists (PhD, PsyD) — who are experienced in treating children, adolescents, and/or adults.
Minimum caseload of 20 clients per week, 30+ preferred.
Write timely, compliant clinical notes
If you have clients in other states, we will facilitate getting you the appropriate license or certification to practice remotely there.
Qualifications
- Must be independently licensed to practice in Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, PhD, PsyD).
- Two or more years of clinical experience in mental health counseling (not necessarily private practice).
- Must carry your own professional malpractice insurance (minimum $1M/$3M).
- Experience in one of the following preferred but not essential:
- EMDR
- Autism spectrum
- LGBTQ+
- Neuropsych testing
- CANS certification
- Fluency in other language(s)
