Lisa Rule, LICSW, is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She has 16 years of experience with particular emphasis on depression, anxiety, grief, coping with illness, issues related to substance use and relapse prevention, relationship and family issues.
Lisa employs an active, directive, and supportive approach to her work with adults and couples, utilizing several techniques but drawing most often from cognitive behavioral, structural, strengths, solution focused, and motivational approaches.
Lisa received her Bachelor’s degree from Tulane University in New Orleans and her Masters of Social Work degree from Florida State University. She has worked in residential, hospital, and private practice settings.
