Chaya Massefski, LICSW is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She is experienced working with both children and adults. She has worked in several nursing and rehabilitation facilities in Greater Boston, helping patients and their families deal with illness, disability, bereavement and related challenges.
Chaya works primarily with children, from preschool through middle school. She is a gifted therapist with a kind and gentle approach, and treats children dealing with trauma, anger management, social skills, self-esteem and other issues.
A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Wesleyan University, Chaya also holds a Master’s degree in literature. She earned her Master of Social Work degree at Simmons Graduate School of Social Work, and is licensed in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
