Anna (Perrelli) Allaire, LICSW has over 9 years of experience working for a non-profit community based mental health agency that supports adults with a wide range of mental health conditions. She also has worked with adolescents as a middle school adjustment counselor and an outpatient therapist. Anna's background is strongly influenced by a person-centered, strengths based approach that focuses on resilience, empowerment, and recovery.

Anna provides support to individuals struggling with a variety of life's challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem issues, life transitions, chronic
health and mental health issues, relationship or family difficulties, and stress management. Whether it’s supporting clients in finding their voice, making positive
change, or uncovering the meaning and value within life's many hurdles, Anna adapts her approach to each client's unique needs, communication style, and personality.

With compassion, patience, and a sense of humor, Anna takes time in building a trusting, therapeutic relationship which she believes is at the foundation of empowering
individuals to lead fulfilling lives and discover their internal resilience. Anna earned a BA in Psychology from Roger Williams University, and a Master’s in Social Work at Bridgewater State University.
