Liz Harris, LICSW, has over 20 years’ experience working with adults of all ages. She has worked in a variety of settings, helping clients to navigate life's changes and challenges, particularly those involving caregiving, life transition, elder issues, and work-life balance.
The therapeutic relationship is collaborative and fostered in a non judgmental, compassionate, person centered space. Liz employs a generalist perspective, utilizing talk and solution focused therapy, influenced by trauma informed care, mindfulness, and the techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.. “Congratulations on making this commitment to yourself! Liz earned a BA in Psychology (Adult focus) from Pine Manor College, and a Master of Social Work degree from Springfield College of Social Work.
